Purpose and legal basis

To answer your requests, prepare quotes and manage the rental client area (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to meet legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).

Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months; client data for the duration of the relationship and as required by tax law.

Recipients

Hosting and email providers acting as data processors. Data is not sold or used for marketing without your consent. The map is provided by OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to the email above, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
